Tool Fabrication

3-6 Weeks
(Total 4 Weeks Duration)

VDAC provides comprehensive tool fabrication services, including mold base preparation, standard parts sourcing, and high-precision insert machining using CNC, EDM, and WEDM. Each tool undergoes detailed measurement checks and expert assembly to ensure production readiness.

Tool Try Out and Grooming

7-9 Weeks

(Total 3 Weeks Duration)

VDAC offers complete tool tryout and grooming services, starting with initial mold trials and part shipments. We perform DOE analysis, dimensional reviews, and iterative tool corrections to ensure precise, approved molds ready for full-scale production.

Tool Validation

10-12 Weeks

(Total 3 Weeks Duration)

VDAC provides thorough tool validation services, including sample submission, detailed reporting, and deviation analysis. We ensure full production readiness through validation processes like run-at-rate trials, CPK studies, and PPAP, followed by tool and part shipment for mass production.
